20 Weeks Pregnant Not Showing. Reasons for missed period when you’re not pregnant. With this baby i don't really even look pregnant.
When i wake up every morning my stomach looks kind of flat but as the day goes on it gets a little bigger especially after i eat and by the end of the day i just look really bloated(or about 4months preg) and its not even hard so basically in the morning i dont look pregnant at all but. With this baby i don't really even look pregnant. I am 23 weeks today and am not really showing at all.
