19 Weeks Pregnant Don't Feel Baby Move. I'm not really showing that much yet. These movements will be different from the flutters and gas bubbles you felt in the first trimester.
It is like having a cushion at the front of your belly, so it is not until the baby is bigger and stronger, that you feel the movement and kicks.
