All It Takes Is A Little Motivation And Self Worth!


I personally would normally do p90x, but i have cut down to three days of lighter strength training and three days of cardio. 30 will be much safer because it has modifiers that are much lower impact. I think light to moderate intensity exercise is fine (think jogging), at least up through the first couple trimesters.
